About The Stages Of Industrial Tray Molding

We can see industrial trays on many construction sites or other places, so do you know Industrial tray molding and the staging process?

The molding process can be roughly divided into four stages: filling-pressure holding-cooling-demoulding. These four stages directly determine the molding quality of the product, and these four stages are a complete continuous process, including mold clamping, injection molding, injection molding, cooling and holding pressure, cooling and pre-molding, mold opening, and product removal.

The function of the holding pressure stage is to continuously apply pressure, compact the melt, and increase the density (densification) of the plastic to compensate for the shrinkage behavior of the plastic. This stage determines the period of multiple pressures, maintains the pressure of the barrel, and at the same time cools the mold cavity to form.

In the injection molding mold, the cooling system is very important. This is because molded plastic products can only be cooled and solidified to a certain degree of rigidity, and after demolding, can the plastic products be prevented from being deformed due to external forces.

The above is the introduction of the pressure holding and cooling phases.
